Personal pattern shifts with 1-on-1 Coaching 

Using a refined blend of Embodiment Coaching, EFT Tapping, Functional Breathwork, Somatics, NLP, Parts work, NVC and Hypnotherapy. My approach helps release unconscious blocks, manage overwhelming emotions, and break unhelpful patterns in communication and behaviour.

I specialise in working with ‘nice person’ tendencies, people pleasing, learned helplessnes, boundary-setting, clarity and purpose, repressed anger, anxiety, grief, numbness, guilt & shame and a loud inner critic.

Immersive and educational group experiences

I run sound and breathwork journeys to guide people on archetypal journeys and into expanded states of consciousness to break patterns and gain insight. Using Innerdance sound theory, Breathwork, and Embodiment Practices, these workshops allow participants to explore dream states, archetypal themes, and the emotional landscape of their inner world for greater wellbeing, clarity and direction.

These sessions engage the whole brain in a way that mirrors a conscious sleep cycle— co-activating different brain regions at the same time through sound, allowing for non-linear and creative shifts in awareness and perception. This facilitates deep relaxation, release of emotional stuckness and the stress response.

 

In these expanded states of consciousness, people often gain profound insights into themselves and their lives, offering perspective on challenges and clarity on direction and focus.

By understanding the information inherent in emotions, we can discern the underlying needs driving them. This allows us to respond to what our body is actually asking for, rather than just reacting to thoughts.

Instead of suppressing feelings, we develop capacity to stay present with them. Learning to relax through emotions rather than resist them helps liberate their deeper message, fostering ease and flow rather than tension and dysregulation. Through this process, we gain access to an intelligent biofeedback system—a direct communication channel between body and mind. This heightened awareness supports more informed, intentional choices, moving beyond reactive or fear-based patterns.

Transformational immersions & educational retreats

 

designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and realign with your true self. These retreats are rooted in Innerdance, breathwork, coaching process work, energy psychology tools like EFT tapping, and embodiment practices—often set in nature to foster deep personal shifts in awareness.

What You Can Expect:

Each retreat is a unique blend of practices, drawing from a wide range of skills to create a different experience each time. Often they're a blend of some of the following modalities;

Explore expanded and dream states of consciousness, release stuck emotions, deepen self-awareness and gain clarity. Plus learn the language of breath to utilise for state changes in everyday life

Release stuck emotional patterns and beliefs and restore energetic flows where they might have become blocked.


🔹 Embodiment Practices – From Yoga and movement flow, to dance and MMA

Embodiment as a way to learn different skills and prime our nervous system - designed around theories of embodied cognition, how we use our bodies as a gateway to shape our brains.


🔹 Coaching & Personal Development – Hypnotherapy, Neuro linguistic programming & Non violent communication (Amongst other frameworks).

Insightful exercises for self-reflection, communication - internal and external, identity and behavioural shifts, frameworks for clarity, direction and emotional integration.


🔹 Nature Immersion

The majority of these retreats take place to a backdrop of a natural setting, allowing you to unplug from the high paced atmosphere and artificial environments that disrupt your natural rhythms.


🔹 Hot & Cold Therapy

Saunas & Cold plunges - using temperature and breath control to build adrenal tolerance, boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and support muscle recovery while enhancing mental clarity and stress resilience.


🔹 Meditation

Classically trained in Vipassana meditation, we use different meditative practices to dramatically increase the feeling of presence you have in mind and body, allowing you to observe and respond to life rather than living in reactivity.

Mixed Martial Arts isn’t just about fighting—it’s about meeting intensity with presence.
